Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like kebabs at hoppers that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Free parking onsite was provided. We had access to free WiFi...

Food in restaurant was good. Beds were comfortable. Friendly staff in office and restaurant.
Location. Having to U-turn to get there. Suite could perhaps be called something more appropriate.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed right from the moment I arrived. Secondly, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a large bathroom and a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. Lastly, the location was great, with plenty of places to eat and things to do in the evening. It was also convenient for exploring the area further as there were nearby attractions and activities. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
All was perfectly fine during my stay.

The staff were helpful and the availability of a restaurant was one of the key reasons I chose this motel rather than others in the area.
At times quite noisy with the traffic.

The location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to everything we needed. We were able to find plenty of places to eat and there was much to do in the evening. the room itself was spacious with clean towels and sheets provided. the receptionist was friendly and helpful, making our stay more comfortable. We were also impressed with the amenities in the room, such as the ability to cook and heat food.
The cleanliness of the bathtub/shower was a disappointment.

The rooms were equipped with all the necessary facilities including a toaster, kettle, fridge, and microwave which was very convenient. The location was superb being close to supermarkets, food outlets and a nearby dock. The staff were also very friendly and helpful which made the stay even better.
The bathroom definitely could have been better maintained with the tap constantly dripping and marks in the sink, which took away a bit from the experience. the spa looked like it could also use a good cleaning, which was a bit of a letdown.

the hotel offered free Wi-Fi, which was a great advantage as I could keep in touch with my loved ones during the holidays. the staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service.
There were a few negative aspects of this hotel experience. the bathroom was not as clean as it should be, and there was a strange odor in the room.
